1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the eLearning College website and completing student course applications, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from enrolling in our free virtual courses.

2. Accounts & Registration

To access the Student's Area and complete courses, you must create a profile by submitting your verified title, name, country, and email address. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete registration info.
Maintain the safety and confidentiality of your credentials (email & password).
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.

3. Course Usage & Fees

All virtual modules, textbooks, tests, and standard diplomas at eLearning College are delivered 100% free of charge. There are no hidden fees or charges for learning. However:

Courses are self-paced, but we reserve the right to archive inactive student accounts after 12 months of zero learning logs.
Certificates are issued digitally at no charge. Optional physical copies or special stamps may incur processing and postage fees.

4. Intellectual Property

All course booklets, video modules, exams, questions, database schemas, trademarks, and page designs are the exclusive property of eLearning College or our curriculum partners. You may not distribute, re-publish, sell, or copy our educational booklets for commercial purposes without explicit permission.

5. Code of Conduct

When participating in tests or submitting forum questions, you agree not to use offensive language, upload virus scripts, or utilize automated script bots to pass examinations. Academic dishonesty or cheating on module exams will result in account suspension and certificate revocation.

6. Disclaimers & Warranties

Our courses are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that virtual servers will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with obsolete browser software. We do not guarantee that completing our free certificates guarantees job employment or credit transfer recognition at all academic institutions.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any legal claims or disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK.
